This acquisition represents the first add-on for FMS since partnering with Heritage, and provides further opportunity for FMS to provide its market leading services to independent grocery stores. FMS continues to actively seek acquisitions that would complement its cutting edge suite of tech-enabled solutions for multi-site retailers.
